Legal information about the service

ReCyCo

ReCyCo is the project and service name of the digital B2B service operated by Arsenii Piestov.

The service is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and is not intended for consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB.

Purpose and operation

ReCyCo facilitates the structured presentation of materials and the initiation of business contacts between companies.

Material information is prepared on the basis of information and documents provided by the respective companies for the purpose of presenting their materials.

ReCyCo structures this information and uses it to publish material listings on the platform.

Interested companies may inform ReCyCo of their interest in a material presented on the platform. ReCyCo may forward the information submitted in this connection, in structured form, to the company that supplied the information about the material in question.

ReCyCo does not decide whether a transaction is concluded between the companies involved and does not recommend for or against any particular business partner.

Material listings on ReCyCo are provided for information purposes and to facilitate business contacts. They do not constitute a legally binding offer by ReCyCo to conclude a contract concerning the materials presented.

ReCyCo's role in transactions between companies

ReCyCo is neither the seller nor the buyer of materials presented on the platform.

ReCyCo does not become a party to any contract concluded between the companies involved.

ReCyCo does not act as the representative of a seller or buyer and does not make or receive legally binding declarations on their behalf.

Any binding agreement concerning whether to enter into a contract, the price, payment, delivery, collection, transport and other commercial terms is made exclusively between the companies involved.

Submitting an inquiry, expressing interest or transmitting contact details through ReCyCo does not result in the conclusion of a contract with ReCyCo.

In particular, ReCyCo does not undertake:

• the purchase or sale of the materials presented;
• the processing of payments between the companies involved;
• the storage of materials;
• the collection or transportation of materials;
• the physical handover of materials;
• the recovery or recycling of materials;
• the disposal of materials.

Information and documents relating to materials

Published information about materials is based on information and documents supplied by the respective companies.

Where companies provide documents, certificates, analyses, photographs or other materials-related records, this information may be taken into account in the structured presentation of the material concerned.

Publishing a material listing on ReCyCo does not constitute an independent legal, technical or waste-law classification of the material concerned by ReCyCo.

Classification under waste law

ReCyCo does not independently determine whether a material presented on the platform is or is not waste under applicable law.

In particular, ReCyCo does not assign waste codes under the German Waste Catalogue Ordinance (Abfallverzeichnis-Verordnung, AVV) and does not independently classify a material as hazardous or non-hazardous waste.

Publication on ReCyCo does not replace any inspection, classification, authorisation, verification, record-keeping or documentation required by law for a particular material or transaction.

Modification or removal of material information

Companies whose material information is displayed on ReCyCo may contact ReCyCo at any time to request that the relevant listing be modified, updated or removed.
